Are You An Accredited Investor?

To qualify as an “accredited investor” you must:

  1. Have an individual income of more than $200,000 per year, or a joint income of $300,000 with your spouse or partner, in each of the last two years and reasonably expect to maintain the same level of income for the current year, OR
  2. Have a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with your spouse or partner, not including your primary residence.
